Ordering
How can I place an order?
Choose your desired products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button.
Is my product in stock?
As long as the product can be added to your shopping cart, the product is still in stock.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
After approving and processing your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 working days.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive the invoice in your mailbox after sending the order.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation email yet?
Our emails can sometimes end up in your junk mail. Is it not in your spam box? Then check if your payment was successful.
Shipping
When will my package be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code.

Returns
What return options do I have?
Within 14 days you can return your product and have your money refunded to your account. To start a return, please contact us. If your return shipment is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost for the return label is the same as the regular shipping costs.
What are the exceptions to returns?
The items below are not eligible for return.
- Perishable goods (such as moss, flowers, or plants)
- Completed terrariums
- Sale items
- Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not attempt to ship a made terrarium. We cannot accept returns on made terrariums or terrarium kits, but if you have any problems with these products please do get in touch with us.
